At Batanaful, we take pride in ethically sourcing our Batana oil directly from the native communities of La Mosquitia, Honduras. Our relationship with the Tawira people – known as the "people of beautiful hair" – is built on years of trust, respect, and shared values.

By working closely with local harvesters, we ensure that our ingredients are not only natural and pure, but also responsibly and sustainably gathered. We are committed to fair pay, long-term partnership, and practices that honor the culture and environment of the region.

Our mission extends beyond haircare. We’re actively reinvesting a portion of profits back into these communities — from funding education and wellness programs to helping build infrastructure and create generational opportunities.
