Returns & Refunds Policy

General Returns (All Customers)

We want you to be completely happy with your Batanaful purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number when requesting a return.

To start a return, email us at support@batanaful.com or log in to your account to request a return directly.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Hygiene policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@batanaful.com or submit a return request through your account before the withdrawal period expires.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact support@batanaful.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
