United Kingdom
We offer fast and reliable delivery on all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Processing time: Order before 1pm for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery times (once dispatched):
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days
Delivery costs:

- Next Day UK Delivery: £5.99
- Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50.00

Europe
We offer reliable tracked shipping to Europe via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days once your order is dispatched.

United States
We offer USPS tracked shipping on US orders. Delivery is approximately 3–5 working days, plus a 1–3 day dispatch time. You'll receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Canada
We offer USPS and UPS tracked shipping on all Canadian orders. Delivery is approximately 3–12 working days, plus a 1–3 day dispatch time. You'll receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders may be subject to import and customs fees. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
We offer reliable international shipping to bring Batanaful to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world.
Shipping options:
- International Tracked: £18.00 (5–15 working days after dispatch)
- Express Delivery with DHL: £30.00 (2–5 working days after dispatch) — for express delivery, please email support@batanaful.com with your order details.

Lost or Damaged Items
